BOOM!: Three More Ace Privacy Lawyers Leave BakerHostetler for Squire Patton Boggs

Squire Patton Boggs is absolutely privacy law/data security nirvana right now.

The firm was already synonymous with great privacy lawyers between the TCPAWorld team and the powerful litigators of Consumer Privacy World, and then Alan Friel–the head of BakerHostetler’s then stately privacy practice– left to join Squire, followed shortly by word that the Firm’s Lydia de la Torre was elevated to the board of California’s brand new Privacy Protection Agency.

Just incredible.

And now three critical members of Alan’s team have joined him at Squire– Niloufar Massachi, Kyle Fath, and Kyle Dull. And check out these resumes:

Niloufar Massachi

Niloufar specializes in cybersecurity and breach response in addition to privacy and helps clients develop information governance and compliance programs. Important stuff.

Kyle Fath

Kyle (the first) has tremendous privacy expertise, including the always enjoyable commercialization of data and the implications of digital advertising–especially for companies with global compliance needs. Welcome aboard!

Kyle Dull

Kyle (the second) was just an assistant attorney general dealing with consumer matters in Miami [ ;)] before he began a civil career focused on digital assets and data management.

An amazing trio of lawyers. Absolutely great to have these folks on board.
