I know I’m not officially back until tomorrow but this news is just too big to sit on.
Squire’s privacy litigators–I guess I’m included in that list–are really crushing it.
We were just named the second busiest–read (by me): most trusted–privacy litigation shop in the country according to Global Data Review, and that’s just awesome.
As I’ve been saying for a while now, when you think of Squire Patton Boggs the first word that comes to mind is “power.” The second word(s) is likely “data privacy”–and that’s certainly by design. Squire’s huge data privacy team–now anchored by the remarkable Alan Friel–has been growing seemingly by the day, as it rises to the opportunity to meet the unique data protection challenges of the firm’s myriad clients.
Really cool to be a part of it.
Not only did Global Data Review note Squire’s massive portfolio of privacy litigation, it ranked Squire’s privacy chops as ELITE–the highest possible ranking. Just 25 firms in the world received that ranking–and naturally the Czar’s firm was one of them. 🙂
The firm was also distinguished in several other categories, including:
- Top five by partner headcount
- Top five by number of countries with a data team
- Top 10 busiest firms – overall
- Top 10 busiest firms – advisory
So if you’re not already using Squire for your data privacy work, what’s wrong with you? I mean, come on. Everyone else is. Joint the party. 😉
This is just incredibly cool. Great to be a part of it.
Be sure to check out the big Squire Privacy Blog–the sister property to TCPAWorld.com–ConsumerPrivacyWorld.com where you can get outstanding daily analysis of privacy compliance and litigation trends from ELITE level lawyers…for free!
And I hate to keep teasing, but TRULY HUGE TCPA news coming tomorrow. Be ready.
