FCC APPROVED A PROPOSED NPRM TO REVISE TCPA CONSENT RULES: “Strengthening Consumer Consent for Robocalls and Robotexts”

The FCC had its Open Meeting for June today and on the agenda was issuing an NPRM for “Strengthening Consumer Consent for Robocalls and Robotexts” The commission approved for the purposed NPRM to move forward. From the published date there will be a period of 30 days for comments and 45 days to reply to comments.
