All right so there has been an absolutely huge number of new state privacy bills coming into existence in 2023.

So many folks rely on TCPAWorld to keep the up to date on these enactments that we felt it necessary to add an entirely new page here.

Check it out on the menu at the top of the TCPAWorld page!

This thing is still in beta version and we will be making enhancements over time. For now, however, this will at least give you a high level overview of the statutes out there.

We will be setting up a similar page for mini-TCPAs shortly.
