So as everyone knows, the Czar has stopped more robocalls than any human being alive.
And it all comes down to the power of the pen.
You stop way more illegal conduct by INFORMING people about the law than you do ENFORCING the law– for the simple reason that you can educate far far more people than you can punish. Very straightforward.
And contrary to popular belief, 95% of people actually WANT to comply with the law. They just don’t get it and need to be informed. Because none of this stuff is intuitive.
Take the FCC’s new NPRM on lead generation.
If it wasn’t for the Czar and TCPAWorld.com YOU wouldn’t know about it. Literally no news source covers these stories but me (and the news stories I help plant on the subject elsewhere.)
That’s why I get along with the FCC so well–even though I throw rocks at their obsession with the NCLC.
I’m the guy that takes their message to the streets.
Publication in the federal registrar and maybe a linkedin post is the way the FCC spreads its message. It would take years for anyone in industry to pick that up and apply it–and likely not until the first enforcement action occurs months or years after the ruling takes effect.
And hundreds of billions of illegal calls would be made in the meantime. This is especially true now that PACE is defunct–industry literally has no one to provide information.
No one other than TCPAWorld.com–and now, R.E.A.C.H. (an organization I created to further the mission of stopping unwanted calls.)
Look around. Only two other law firms have even mentioned the NPRM yet on their blogs. And no one reads those anyway… hahaha.
But since I’m here, everybody is aware of this thing and most are already working hard to navigate the ruling and set a course for compliance BEFORE THE RULING HAS EVEN BEEN ADOPTED.

But the point, ultimately, is the POWER of our platform.
Through the work of the Czar, Queenie and our team we will, once again, stop billions of illegal calls in 2024 as we spread a message of compliance and education around telecom law.
No one will do more to stop illegal robocalls than we will. And we will do most of it–podcasts, webinars, conference appearances–totally free. All in an effort to help stop the scourge of robocalls and help people comply with the law.
There really should be a statue of us somewhere. With like laurel leaves on our heads or something.
One day.
