Well folks the year is just about wound to a close.
The Czar isn’t taking any more phone calls for the year so if you want to talk to him you really only have two chances left.
First, the MASSIVE TCPA SUMMIT is just one week away. This is the last time this year the Czar will take the stage! I will be covering the biggest trends and take aways from the INSANE TCPA YEAR that was 2024.
Queenie will be there with me and we will be hanging out for a couple of days and happy to chat with everyone.
At the same time a continent away Big Bad John Henson and “Sunshine” Angelika will be meeting folks at the California Mortgage Bankers Association 2024 Legal Issues and Regulatory Compliance Conference here in… wait for it… California.
Yes it is a bit odd that the California lawyers are flying to Florida while the Alabama lawyer is flying to California, but that’s just the way it worked out.

For those of you attending be sure to connect with BBJH–he is the man–and harass him about his overrated Tennessee Volunteers! (Actually the Volunteers are surprisingly and freakishly legitimately good this year. Weird.)
And then the final (and funnest) event of the year– our HOLIDAY PARTY!!!
This is the only thing we’ve done in 2024 that ISN’T sold out. Hahahha
Folks just don’t seem to want to fly to Birmingham to celebrate with us, which is really too bad. But perhaps understandable.
