So we are getting very close to rounding out the agenda for LCOC IV, which will take place this May 4-6, 2026 in Irvine, California.
Here’s what we know so far:
- 3-5 hours of TCPA discussion from the Czar
- At least 45-60 minutes of compliance from Queenie directly
- 45-60 minutes of litigation tactics from Baroness
- 45-60 minutes of CIPA, ECPA, CCPA, VPPA from Tammana
- Panel on deep diving consent
- Panel on AI
- Panel on California data broker rules and Delete Act
- Panel on Can-Spam/Email rules
- Panel on data privacy nationwide
- Queenie’s FAMOUS Shark Tank panel returns
- Panel on carrier/deliverability/FCC issues.
How incredible is that?
And that doesn’t even include the keynotes (we expect two this year) or the networking events and question and answer sessions.
This is going to be an INSANE show.
But I want to focus on that last item on the list– carrier issues and deliverability.
The FCC’s new NPRM may be about to change everything we know about CNAM and caller ID, in an era when SMS messaging and the TCR remain insanely difficult to navigate.
Enter David Casem.
As the CEO of Telnyx he is arguably the biggest name in the space– especially after he went toe-to-toe with the Commission over a recent forfeiture penalty the Commission attempted to assess on an aleged KYC violation.
But the Commission’s KYC rules are vague beyond words and Telnyx has best in class KYC efforts– so where’s the beef?
David will be joining me on stage– along with other monsters of telecom– to discuss where we are in the world of getting calls connected and you WILL NOT WANT TO MISS IT.
Ticket prices spike to $1,449.00 each on March 1, 2026–if it isn’t sold out by then– so be sure to get your tickets NOW and save big!
