Well just today the NPRM was published in the Federal Registrar– which means we have until May 26, 2026 to comment!
The NPRM could:
- Limit the percentage of calls businesses could send to offshore call centers;
- Empower consumers to request calls NOT be sent offshore; and
- Require enhanced training for offshore call center workers– including training in American standard English.
