eXp Realty continues to suffer loss after loss in its TCPA class litigation battles arising out of allegedly illegal robocalls and texts by its agents.
In Usanovic v. eXp Realty, 2026 WL 1179755 (W.D. Wash. April 30, 2026) the court denied eXp’s effort to stay the case pending an interlocutory appellate review of its certification loss.
The court determined eXp didn’t even “meaningfully address[]” its chances on appeal and found all possible factors weighed against eXp.
Harsh.
