“THE BEST MARKETER IN THE MARKETING INDUSTRY”: Leadsclipse is Over and the Czar is tired…

The winning team!

So in true jet setting fashion Queenie and I took off to Dallas on Monday morning for a quick solar eclipse lay over in our flight from Orange County to Las Vegas for Leadscon.

I assumed many folks would do the same thing but #Leadsclipe didn’t start trending for some reason.

What was trending was the Troutman Amin show.

Chat at Chandelier bar focused on word a new Netflix reality show was in the works for the greatest marketing law firm on the planet. That, of course, was just an April fool’s day joke but so many people believed it that it was one of the major thematic talking points of Leadscon.

“O.C. LAW”: Netflix Announces New Original Reality Series Focused on Exceptional Lawyers at Troutman Amin, LLP

Hilarious.

But Troutman Amin, LLP also had two critical speaking sessions at the show.

The first one–with the Czar, Queenie and Gayla from Integrishield–was absolutely packed. People couldn’t get into the room.

As one person said “There wasn’t standing room, there wasn’t even breathing room.”

That’s how it is when the Czar and Queenie take the stage though.

We broke down everything you need to know about the FCC’s one-to-one rule. Spent over an hour discussing it. As one person said “You spoke for over an hour and never lost my attention once.”

The dame and czar!

Yes, I know. I am gifted.

And how valuable was the session? As one person said:

That was the single most impactful session I have ever seen at any conference I have ever attended.

Booyah.

Oddly, as high as that praise is…I’ve heard that before. Repeatedly.

It is actually rather common for someone who has never heard the Czar speak before to say it was the best session they had ever seen. I mean… its kind of obvious if you think about it– who else would ever be better?

hahahah.

“You never want to follow Eric Troutman on a stage…”

But someone had to. And this time it was the great John Henson–also of Troutman Amin, LLP– and he truly knocked it out of the park.

What I love about John is that his style is so different than mine but SO AUTHENTIC and so CAPTIVATING. People are drawn to him insatiably, and I love that of course.

He was brilliant and having his session follow ours was also a brilliant move by the show runners– NICE JOB IAN AND CO.!

Aside from the conference proper, of course, there are all the fun side events.

Great mansion party sponsored by Track Drive on Monday night–tons of fun and of good people there.

Then Tuesday we hung out at the Active Prospect mixer a bit before heading to Chandelier bar to mix it up with Convoso, Connection Holdings and Retreaver.

Plus spent a bunch of time with Ron, Ronnie, Isaac and the great folks at Contact Center Compliance.

Ronnie and the Baroness!

Love all of these folks and was truly a great time.

Brandon is on the R.E.A.C.H. board now!

And, of course, we made a bunch of new friends pursuing the expo hall. I see you Convertros!

Just a great time all the way around.

This year will bring a lot of change to this industry but I was very pleased with the positivity and optimism around complying with the new ruling and keep a strong and healthy lead generation world moving into 2024.

Most pleasing, however, were the words of a fan who described me as “the best marketer in the marketing industry.”

I mean, just the the enormity of that statement sink in.

Probably the best compliment I can imagine. To be the best at anything is amazing, but to be the best marketer in the marketing industry…

my goodness.

Anyway, its late and the Czar needs to rest. But was truly wonderful to see so many of you and absorb so much praise while sharing so much important content.

Also, if you want my slides–just ask.

And for any of you that MISSED this performance don’t worry– the LAW CONFERENCE OF CHAMPIONS IS BACK this July. Still a FEW tickets left. So book now!!!

The Czar and Queenie will be speaking–and you will NOT want to miss it.

Much love. Chat soon.
