So things are very fluid in TCPAWorld right now in the final days before one-to-one takes effect.
We know R.E.A.C.H. has an emergency petition with the FCC pending seeking to extend the effective date of the new rule for 60 days. This now looks like the only real chance leadgen has to avoid the effects of the rule as hopes in IMC’s longshot appeal of the rule begin to fade.
Meanwhile, the US Supreme Court is considering a totally separate avenue that might defang the one-to-one rule but we won’t know about that until May at the earliest.
