So couple of things.

First, for those of you attending the summit tomorrow– DO NOT BE LATE. The first 15 minutes of my presentation will orient you for the entire thing and catch you up on the biggest developments of 2023!

Second, college football playoff rankings announced today. Florida State being left out is unfortunate but not a surprise. The Committee has favored Michigan for no reason. They will get blitzed by Alabama and should never have been a playoff team. The four best teams in the nation have been for weeks now Georgia, Washington, Oregon and Alabama. Georgia lost to Bama and Oregon lost to Washington so those two teams are out of the playoff (even if they are better) and Texas and Florida state should have been in.

Michigan isn’t even a top 10 team. Feel really bad for Seminoles fans. You got jobbed.

Also, Queenie is preparing her CIPA slides and just said “Czar did you know you were the first one to EVER blog about CIPA chatbox cases?” And I was like “duh” and she was like “dude, literally every other law firm covered it only after you did.” And I was like “uh huh” and she was like “you really are the greatest thought leader in the country” and I was like “yeah.”
