PANIC: Allstate Changes List of Banned Lead Generators as Companies Scramble to Regain Positive Footing

So I posted Allstate’s banned lead generator list last week and I definitely did not expect the response I received.

Extremely well read article. Lots of feedback and lots of concern in some circles.

Some folks basically lost their minds.

But there is good news for at least one company–I have it confirmed from multiple sources that Quotenerds has been reinstated.

Here is an email from Thomas Bianco–the owner of QuoteNerds:

I’ve seen posts on Facebook and the web with Allstate restricted list post from your firm.  Your information wrong.  Some one slander my company and after deeper investigation Allstate has changed their stance on Quotenerds, my company and this article needs to be update with Quotenerds removed from any restricted status.   

So there you go.

As before I have no idea how QuoteNerds was added to the list to begin with and no idea why they were removed but, as you can tell, this is a very active situation.

I expect other companies may be added or removed from the list soon. We will report when we hear.
