  1. With the Czar’s billable rate being over $2,000 per hour, that equates to over $100,000 which the Czar billed in the past 3 days. That is roughly double what the average American earns in a YEAR. While, no doubt, the Czar is certainly worth that; might I suggest donating 10 percent or more of that to some worthy charitable cause?
