HERE COMES THE NCLC: National Consumer Law Center Steps in to Try to Bring the One-to-One Rule Back to Life

Its weird to have a sworn enemy.

But I totally do.

The NCLC.

Just yesterday somebody asked me why I was so against them.

Well, here you go.

The National Consumer Law Center just moved to intervene in the IMC v. FCC action down in the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals with the stated goal of bringing the one-to-one ruling back to life.

Their plan is to come into the case and ask for an en banc rehearing to get the entire Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals together to consider whether or not the three judge panel that heard the appeal–all appointed by Trump–got it right or not.

And since I live rent free in their heads–sworn enemies, remember?–they specifically mention R.E.A.C.H. repeatedly in their filings, pointing to the FCC’s action to stay the one-to-one rule in apparent response to R.E.A.C.H.’s request as evidence the FCC has “abandoned” its defense of the ruling.

SO NCLC wants to step in and defend the ruling and perhaps even appeal to the Supreme Court to try to bring one-to-one back to life.

This is why you don’t give these guys money!

Absolutely fascinating development in an already fascinating week!
