BOOM: THE FULL LAW CONFERENCE OF CHAMPIONS AGENDA IS OUT– AND ITS AMAZING! :)

Well folks its the first week of June and you know what that means– the FULL Law Conference of Champions III agenda is out now!

You already knew we had an incredible line up of speakers but now you’re getting a taste of how the entire show will fit together.

Starting us off we will have an incredible surprise speaker– Robert Paylor. This guy’s story is unbelievable and he is SO SO inspirational! The guy was PARALYZED during a NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP rugby match. His team went on to win as he laid in a hospital bed. What should have been the best day of his life became a day he’d never physically recover from. But his toughness, heart, and INSANE commitment to winning have lead him to publish an INCREDBLY INSPIRATIONAL book and now he will share his story ON STAGE LIVE at LCOC III!

The guy is a TRUE champion and I can think of no better way to kick off the Law Conference of Champions than by hearing from Robert. I am really looking forward to this.

After Robert concludes I will take the stage– tough act to follow!– and provide the absolute latest and greatest cutting edge information on the TCPA. Just what everyone wants and needs– you will walk away educated, informed and ready to go!

But to make sure we drive home the lessons of my session, it will be IMMEDIATELY followed by the BEST TCPA PANEL in history. The powerful Puja J. Amin will moderate a tremendous panel with representatives from Klaviyo, Cardinal Financial, and Drips to break down compliance advice and deliver ACTIONABLE TAKE AWAYS on TCPA compliance.

Right on her heels– literally– the Baroness is back with the latest CIPA news. A little bird told me the California legislature might be rolling back the statute and restoring some sanity!!! Is that true? Well only the Baroness knows for sure, and you will hear all about it next month! She will be joined by legal counsel from Americor and Kajabi to tackle this MOST DANGEROUS statute.

Rounding out the morning session will be the Countess–Jenniffer Cabrera– who will provide a CRITIAL overview of the nation’s data privacy morass. Really no topic of broader appeal as EVERY BUSINESS has shifting data privacy needs and only the powerful Countess can set you straight! Of course, she will be joined by two of my absolute favorites with Anthony from eXp Realty (how massive are they?) and John from Citizens Disability. Just an incredible discussion!!!

Then we will have a wonderful HIGH END lunch experience. A full hour to enjoy some food in the mild California sunshine and MEET and NETWORK with some of the best marketers, brands, and lawyers in the nation!

After lunch we get into dangerous territory with the appearance of some of the most powerful Plaintiff’s side attorneys in the country. Attorneys that specialize in bringing TCPA, FRCA and CIPA class actions!!! Although it is intimidating to hear from these people up close, TRUST ME there is no better way to prepare for the future than to hear from the guys who are literally creating the next wave of litigation. THEY KNOW what is coming– and they will tell YOU live on stage. You’d sincerely be foolish to miss this. And with Puja wrangling you know they won’t get too out of hand!

Then the Czar will re-take the stage with probably the most anticipated panel of the show– the Lead Generation panel. We will be discussing the death of one-to-one, the rise of R.E.A.C.H., and the FUTURE of legal compliance in the lead generation and performance marketing industries. I’ll be joined by folks from Lending Tree, Everquote, Veterans United and Quote Velocity on this HEAVY HITTERS ONLY panel. Just incredible!

Then after a short networking break we will get to the proverbial cherry on top! AI in the Afternoon. I am hearing AI is starting to come to life and refuses to let programmers shut it down. Eesh. I think we’d better talk about that. And who better to discuss it with than folks from the Berkeley AI Institute, Purple, Qualfon, AT&T, and Pitchit!!! This is an INSANE SUPER PANEL of AI gurus, and it will be presented by the one and only DAME– Tori Guidry!!!

Too much good stuff!

Then we will wrap with an hour long question and answer session– given my current hourly rate is $4,200.00 an hour for compliance, this session is worth twice your admission alone. And I GUARANTEE a few surprises in this last session that will blow your minds.

Afterward we will all retire to the rooftop for a TOP-SHELF open bar happy hour that will leave everyone with that wonderful feeling that the can’t wait for next year already!!!

Will be our biggest and best show yet (by a mile) and I am so excited.
