I know this guy just acts out for attention– and I probably shouldn’t give it to him– but Jibral Hindu is apparently all bent out of shape over this video where we lay out a bunch of facts about his litigation portfolio:

So naturally I have to blog about it.

In particular he is apparently upset because we suggest he does not actually want to litigate his cases.

Hmmm.

Given that he has literally put out a facebook ad saying his office goes “straight”–his word– into settlement talks after filing suit we can be forgiven for our opinion that he’s not really looking to fight these. The fact that he has settled over 160 of these cases over the last few months definitely doesn’t suggest “fight all the way” vibes either.

Then again there’s talk that he drops cases immediately if someone serves a Rule 11. Just a rumor probably.

He’s also mad that we apparently suggested his private jet was paid for via TCPA money. Per his latest rant, it was paid for through totally different money and the dollars he is stripping off small businesses with this TCPA racket is definitely NOT being used to fund his high-dollar lifestyle. That money is being used to pay for criminal defense attorneys. Probably.

I’m kidding. He’s only been arrested once.

That I know of.

He even made a mug out of his mugshot. Clever!

Anyway, I have been very nice. So you be nice now too. No more antics.

Time to get smart and get back to making all that money you like to brag about.
