Being one of the most powerful lawyers in the world carries a certain set of responsibilities.

Among them is never sounding like a tool licking the boot of a pedophile.

This Brad Karp clown has to be the biggest loser I have ever seen.

See these emails with Epstein that were just released?

Karp–who is somehow still the head of #biglaw firm Paul Weiss (another joke)– kissed pedo trafficker demon Epstein’s butt all over town in emails recently released by the DOJ.

According to the always reliable Daily Beast:

“I can’t thank you enough for including me in an evening I’ll never forget,” Karp wrote to Epstein in July 2015, the day after a scheduled dinner with Epstein, Karp, and film director Woody Allen, the Financial Times reported. “It was truly ‘once in a lifetime’ in every way, though I hope to be invited against. You are an extraordinary host—and your home…!!!”

Epstein wrote back that “there are many nights of unique talents” and promised Karp would be “invited often.”

INSANITY.

I mean, first of all, who says inane dribble like it was “an evening I’ll never forget?” What is he a Disney princess?

Of course given Epstein’s talents an evening Karp would “never forget” probably included some things he never should have done. But that’s speculation.

What isn’t speculation is that this guy is STILL somehow the head of a #biglaw firm even though his partners now know he was caught begging for more good times with Mr. Epstein directly.

Bad judgment.

Isn’t that what you pay lawyers for?

Judgment.

Why would you hire a law firm that is bad at it?

Little surprise a law firm with judgment this bad also thinks it is a good idea to use #legaltech genAi nightmare Harvey! Smart people.

Meanwhile everybody now thinks of Groundhog’s day as referencing a recurrence of a single day or series of events into perpetuity, and that’s pretty wild since prior to the Bill Murray movie literally NOBODY thought of it that way.

Crazy to think a movie could change the entire collective human experience respecting a quasi-holiday.

Regardless, I feel like I am enjoying a little Groundhog’s day action.

Wake up.

Win a bunch.

Help others win.

Have a bunch of fun with great people.

Occasionally call out a scumbag or a clown to help keep the world beautiful and safe.

Tell everybody about it.

Smile.

Sleep.

Wake up.

Do it again.
