Perhaps most famously Williams served as Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel for Arivo Acceptance for many years, leading the national automotive finance business to operate safely (and so-profitably) in one of the nation’s most heavily regulated sectors. Because he’s the man!

He also served as General Counsel for MEI Group and Ikon Technologies– diverse enterprises spanning consumer finance, automotive retail, fintech, B2B technology, and insurance.

Just THINK about that. This guy’s background is absolutely INSANE.

All of that, plus he has served as SENIOR legal counsel for Prism One Solutions, LLC and over 40 affiliated entities and handled their complex corporate, transactional and compliance needs.
