“YOU ARE EVERYWHERE!”: Troutman Amin, LLP Rockets Ahead With WSJ and Laws 360 Stories In Hot Start to the Year of the Fire Horse

So in house counsel at a major brand reached out to me yesterday to tell me she was at John Wayne airport and saw Troutman Amin, LLP’s beautiful new “Power Attorneys” ad campaign.

This morning she messaged me again noting: “Now I just read a WSJ article where you are quoted! You are everywhere!”

Indeed.

With the addition of William Fife, III and the promise of a new Dallas, TX based office (just received our first resumes for Texas-based associates yesterday!) the entire wide watching world is now taking careful note of everything we are up to.

Law360 issued an absolutely glowing headline piece entitled: California-based Troutman Amin LLP is readying for an expansion into the Lone Star State with the addition of the former general counsel at automotive financier Arivo Acceptance

Fantastic article. You can read it here: Ex-Auto Finance GC Joins Troutman Amin In Texas Expansion – Law360 Pulse

And, yes the Wall Street Journal article on the highest-priced attorneys in the nation came out yesterday-– and, of course, I was quoted.

Now reporter Erin Mulvaney was very nice and I am not complaining but she definitely did me a bit dirty. Although I am the highest priced attorney in the nation she buried me pretty deep in the article, gave me a one line quote, forgot the “J.” and didn’t mention Troutman Amin, LLP– just mentioned my being a partner at a Southern California based law firm.

So, I’m not super in love with this reporting.

Still, its nice to see the WSJ reporters actually do their homework unlike the Reuters guys.

And with other firms set to crumble following their disastrous use of GenAI products– Troutman Amin, LLP is positioned to continue to smoke firms relying on GenAI as court sanctions orders continue to pour in and privilege is deemed waived.

Plus, wait until you see the surprises we have lined up for Law Conference of Champions IV!!!

Minds will be blown. (Erin– if you want a press pass to this thing let me know.)

BTW–Danie tells me there are less than 50 tickets let for the show. Ack! Will sell out soon.

All in all the firm is off to a hot start this year of the Fire Horse, and you can expect more blazing saddles ahead.

Chat soon!
