Well folks the agenda for Law Conference of Champions just dropped and those of you who got your tickets early should feel pretty good right about now.

This agenda is absolutely stacked. 

Here’s a quick rundown.

May 4– Event kicks off with an amazing welcome reception at 4 pm for attendees to network and enjoy a wonderful evening together.

May 5–

  • Bright and early at 9 am opening remarks commence before a very special keynote at 9:15 am (still a surprise– but will be wonderful!)
  • 10:00 am I start breaking down TCPA and I don’t stop until 12:30 lunch!
  • 12:30-1:30 a great networking lunch to keep you fueled;
  • 1:30-2:30– Queenie’s amazing compliance breakdown everyone always loves;
  • 2:30-3:30– The powerful William Fife, III takes the stage to fill everyone in on data privacy issues across the nation
  • 3:45-4:45– The amazing Brittany Andres will give everyone an AMAZING behind-the-curtain look at some of Troutman Amin, LLP’s most closely guarded litigation secrets– how we keep winning when other firms can’t stop losing.

  • 6:30: SPECIAL EVENT (To be announced. You will be pleased.)

May 6–

  • 9:00 am– Consent workshop panel with the powerful Steven Rosenfeld taking the lead!
  • 9:45 am– SMS messaging is in focus when a panel lead by Blake Landis dives into all the latest case law
  • 10:30-10:50– Emails! Can-Spam and Chaos with Will Craddik will be a ton of fun in a sprint panel
  • 11:05-11:25– Wiretapping madness with Keerti will look at the ever-evolving CIPA
  • 11:25-11:45– California Data Broker rules and deletion requirements with Oliver!
  • 11:45- 12:30– Telecom/deliverability super panel with the Czar, Davd Casem of Telnyx and Alex Quilici of YouMail
  • 12:30-1:30–Lunch
  • 1:30-2:15– Queenie’s FAMOUS SHARK TANK!!! With Tom Alvord and other terrifying Plaintiff’s lawyers up close and personal 🙂
  • 2:15-3:00– The Dame’s ALSO FAMOUS AI in the Afternoon (everything you need to know about emerging AI regs right now!)
  • 3:15-4:00– The Baroness closes us out with the privacy litigation panel to remind everyone the future is now!
  • 4:00-5:00– we make sure to get all of your questions answered!
  • 5:30– the world’s greatest sunset happy hour on the rooftop in beautiful Orange County (can’t beat it!)

Absolutely tremendous agenda.

And for the lawyers out there expect 12-16 hours of CLE depending on state (will announce approves next month).
