Well for those of you who missed it, word is that the Czar’s performance at DNC.com’s big TCPA summit in Scottsdale on Tuesday was other-(TCPA)worldly.
He broke down all of the big FCC and Legislative TCPA developments—including TRACED and Stopping Bad Robocalls Act—and walked through all five analytic approaches courts are taking to defining ATDS post ACA Int’l. He also put his encyclopedic knowledge of the TCPA on display by answering dozens of questions on the fly—both from the stage and while floating around the venue during the 8+ hour event.
Plus TCPAworld swag was in effect with new followers receiving mugs and all attendees receiving a free copy of Squire Patton Bogg’s incredible 2018 TCPA Year End Review—the Czar personally reviewed over 800 cases to prepare that review and he gave it away free at the Summit. Check it out:
If you weren’t able to attend the packed event in Scottsdale don’t worry! The Czar is already booked for additional speaking gigs across this lucky nation of ours. First on April 2, 2019—that’s less than 3 weeks away!—the Czar takes the stage in Washington D.C. presenting at CBA Live!, perhaps the banking industry’s premier legal conference. The Czar always brings his A game to that event and you can expect new swag and new material—and he’s told me he has a surprise or two up his sleeve for attendees in our nation’s capital. Get your tickets here.
Can’t make it to the east coast? No worries. On May 6, 2019 the Czar is booked to jazz up New Orleans at MBA’s big Legal Issues conference. The Czar tell me he’s never been to the Big Easy and wants to make sure the town remembers him. I’m not sure what that means, but you won’t want to miss it. Tickets are available here.
Last but not least, the Czar will again take the stage for DNC.com at the next TCPA Summit—scheduled for July, 2019 in Huntington Beach, CA. For those of you on the west coast this is the premier TCPA-only event in the nation and it is right in your backyard. We’ll provide more details as they become available.
And for those of you who really plan in advance—the Czar has been working with LeadsCouncil to dream up something really unique for next year’s LeadsCon—the ‘Superbowl of Leads Conferences’ as it has been described. Stay tuned.
