A big congratulations to TCPAWorld.com’s Archduke of the Realm–Daniel Delnero–who just won a coveted LexBlog Excellence Award– Best Breaking News Post of the year.

I cannot think of a bigger award. Over 400 submissions vied for the title--but TCPAWorld.com’s Daniel Delnero took home the big prize. LexBlog is a great organization and to see Daniel recognized as THE WINNER for “outstanding same-day or second-day reporting of a legal news development” out of the entire legal world is simply amazing.

The winning piece was Daniel’s tremendous take on the Eleventh Circuit’s huge Salcedo v Hanna ruling– “Spokeo Has Teeth– Eleventh Circuit Holds Receipt of a Single Text Message Does Not Confer Article III Standing”
