Real quick oral argument was set in the huge Creasy appeal in Lindenbaum for July 29, 2021.
The outcome of the appeal will determine whether the TCPA is enforceable with respect to calls made between November, 2015 and July 6, 2020–the timeframe during which it was unconstitutionally content-specific as found in AAPC.
Unrelated, I’m about to take the stage here in Kansas City to talk TCPA with all the good attendees for LeadsCon’s Industry Impact event.
Last night we all enjoyed some Crown Prime rib and wandered about the Power and Light district, which was plenty of fun.
I’ll post some pics later, since tcpaworld.com is sort of like instagram.
Dear Czar:
Thank you so much for the update on Lindenbaum. I am jealous, envious and covetness that you got to eat Crown Prime Rib while I ate and will only be able to afford beef bologna this week. 🙁
Any further updates from the Czarial coffers of information on whether – or -not the Florida Robocall Bill is effective?
Warmest Regards,
Clinton Strange
