Quality Rises: Czarina Named New Co-Chair of Squire’s Vaunted Class Action & Multidistrict Litigation Practice

Its pretty amazing to be me. I get to be the Czar of a great TCPAWorld, have tons of sophisticated clients who I learn from and am trusted to protect, PLUS I get to work with such a tremendously powerful team here at Squire Patton Boggs.

Its no secret that the brilliant and talented Grand Duchess of the TCPAWorld–Amy Doolittle–has served as Co-Chair of Squire Patton Boggs’ ridiculously-deep class action practice for the last five years. It was such an honor to have her riding along with me on the TCPA defense team while serving in that role.

Well, here’s some cool news. Amy is stepping down, and the Czarina has been asked to step up! That’s right, TCPAWorld’s own Petrina McDaniel will be ascending to the high post of Co-Chair of the Class Action and Multidistrict Litigation practice here at Squire Patton Boggs.

Petrina McDaniel–TCPAWorld Czarina and new Co-Chair of Squire’s entire Class Action and MDL Practice

For those of you who have not yet had the pleasure of meeting Petrina she’s as sharp as they come and a simply gifted advocate and architect of complex litigation strategy. She’s the Czarina for a reason! She’s also deeply experienced and stands on a foundation of countless successes in some of the most critical and sophisticated pieces of litigation out there.

Its really neat to have such powerful lawyers at our disposal and incredible to think that with someone as gifted as Amy leaving the post we have someone like Petrina ready to step right in and take the reigns. What a firm. And what a TCPA team.

I should note that the Grand Duchess is absolutely not going anywhere in terms of TCPA work. She–along with the Czarina and the rest of our humble little squad of world-beaters– will keep right on defending TCPA class litigation to keep the TCPAWorld safe for the good guys.

Please join me in congratulating Petrina! And if you ever want an intro, don’t hesitate to ask.
