Just so so proud of the remarkable work the Troutman Amin, LLP brand is doing to EMPOWER professional women to crush all over the place.

As anyone with eyes knows our Troutman Amin, LLP crushes the average law firm when it comes to women in the professional ranks. Indeed, while most firms will brag if they can get to a measly 30% of women and lawyers of color to even be considered for leadership or formal client pitch opportunities–a pathetic benchmark– literally every pitch we do around here includes a lady or two.

And the opportunity for growth and LEADERSHIP for women at this firm is literally second to none. Just ask Queenie…

Beyond being an incubator and training facility for the next class of female bad *ss complex litigators Troutman Amin, LLP has been quite  thoughtful in sponsoring initiatives that highlight and support women in the entire digital marketing ecosystem. No surprise we are a supporting member of LinkUnite and proudly display their badge on our blog and website.

But our commitment goes much deeper as we push to have women put in places of leadership and prominently offered speaking positions— an effort that will be prominently on display at the upcoming super-conference, contact.io.

Appearing on the Troutman Amin, LLP stage at contact.io over two days there will be no less than 14 women leaders who will address the crowd on diverse topics and from a perch and deep knowledge and understanding. I cannot think of any clearer demonstration of our commitment to advancing women throughout the marketing world and I am so very very proud of where we landed here.

    Well this is curious: According to the Partners* page at LinkUnite you’re only listed as a supporting member, NOT one of the 8 Founding Members (which are also featured on the same page)…
