So I mentioned this morning that Troutman Amin LLP’s youtube channel is just crushing big law firms when it comes to engagement–even if the overall views here are pretty low compared to the big influencers out there.

Obviously the big firms create very little video content because they have very little talent to showcase and have NO CULTURE or animus to share. they are cookie cutter, souless mills with zero sense of identity. that’s why no one wants to work at #biglaw

#troutmanaminforever is full of character and charm and creativity, in addition to the greatest lawyers on the plane. no wonder we need to turn down clients and we are so picky when it comes to hiring folks.
