Speaking of R.E.A.C.H though we just held a big member meeting to discuss what to do with the FCC’s one-to-one consent ruling. I know one industry group has already overpaid some lawfirm ($650K??? what a joke) to bring a petition and well… its not looking great. But I will cover that in a different article.

Obviously IF R.E.A.C.H. chooses to challenge the ruling it will be the lead petitioner. But it is unclear it will do so. If YOU have thoughts be sure to talk to one of the many R.E.A.C.H. board members attending LGW.

  1. My husband brought me the latest issue while I was rinsing a can in the kitchen sink. In my momentary excitement and distraction, I cut myself. (Can I sue for pain and suffering? J/K, it’s an additional good excuse to order takeout.)
