TOTAL TCPA ECLIPSE: TCPA Filings Are OUT OF CONTROL to Start 2024!

Yeah I know its Sunday but I am preparing slides for leadscon and the numbers here are just stunning.

Per WebRecon, there have been a total of 336 TCPA filings this year so far– and that’s up 32.8% from last year!!! Which was already a blow out year.

Even more scary–91 Class Actions were filed in February. 91. That means 66.9% of all TCPA suits were filed as class actions. The highest percentage in history.

Holy smokes.

It gets worse.

Last February there were only 55 TCPA class actions filed. That means TCPA class actions are up 65% compared to last February.

Plus there were only 64 class actions filed January, 2024. That means TCPA class actions are up 42% month over month.

Queenie and I will be headed to Vegas through Dallas to get a quick view of the horrifying eclipse totality before we join everyone.

If you have never seen a total solar eclipse, trust me–it is beyond scary. But also, beyond incredible. I fully understand why the ancients thought the world was ending. I fully understood what was happening and was still convinced something was terribly wrong the entire time.

Tomorrow should be fun.
