Well, howdy partner…

So we are just really rolling around here.

Last week we celebrated our one year, our conference sold out, and our YouTube channel hit 100k views. This week we received word “Deserve to Win” was trademarked–and now I am SO PROUD to announce that Brittany Andres has been elevated to PARTNER!!!!

*kazoos and champagne corks popping*

Brittany is an absolutely incredible attorney who has surpassed my every expectation of her. Absolutely tremendous litigator. So incredibly sharp, talented and dedicated.

Really that last word though is the heart of it–dedicated. She never lets up. Never gives in. Pushes as hard as she needs to come through. Every. Single Time.

Cannot imagine someone more reliable. Literally its sort of impossible since she is always reliable. Always comes through.

Reminds me of a certain Czar… 🙂

In seriousness though there is a ZERO percent chance this firm would have been as successful as it was as quickly as it was if it wasn’t for Brit.

From the day she walked in the door she was absolutely committed to this thing succeeding. She acted like a partner from the day she started– showing extreme commitment to the brand and making every sacrifice needed to assure that the client’s needs come first.

And I know we make it look easy (and fun) around here, but there is a tremendous amount of sacrifice that goes into being a great lawyer. And Brittany has put in 10 years of time just in the last two.

She walked in the door a capable sharp litigator, and now after two full years of tutelage at the side of the Czar she is an absolute monster. A true litigation master in her own right–even as she continues to learn and develop.

I am a man of many talents, and conveying ideas is amongst my greatest–yet words really will fail to capture just how committed and capable Brittany is, and just how grateful the firm is to have received the full measure of that commitment over the last couple of years. But the least we could do is make her a partner!

And so we have.
