I have to admit. I’ve outdone myself.

This schedule is insane. Even by my own incredibly-prolific standards.

The third-quarter of 2024 will be the firm’s (and my own) most packed speaking schedule ever.

We will be speaking IN PERSON 7 times in three months.

Seven times!

And we will be gracing stages across the country–and in between–so DEFINITELY plan to checking in with us when we are in your neck of the woods.

Here is the schedule, and it is packed, insane, glamorous, and amazing:

It all leads off July 15, 2024 for the Law Conference of Champions in Irvine, CA.

This is the big summer event everyone is talking about, of course. A full day breakdown of TCPA, mini-TCPA, privacy law, AI regs and SO MUCH MORE. CLE is being offered for attorney-attendees across the state. It is just massive. Plus amazing FREE high-end happy hour events on the 14th and 15th. Just so awesome.

Then on July 28, 2024 its Mailcon! in New York City.

Everyone’s favorite electronic outreach event, will be in New York this year and the Troutman Amin, LLP team will be flying out to speak and mingle with all the digital and email marketers out there. Lots of big changes to the state CAN-SPAM rules that we will be helping to cover!

Then ANOTHER BIG ONE– July 29, 2024 its Affiliate Summit East where Troutman Amin, LLP will be MAIN STAGE talking FCC One-to-One rule and the NEW R.E.A.C.H. V.2.0 standards!. 

Holy smokes that place is going to be packed. Standing room only I predict, with a couple thousand heads in the room. Incredible.

Big apple, big stage…

Then September– a CRITICAL advocacy event in Washington DC, September 9-11, 2024 the Leaders Advocacy Summit, a R.E.A.C.H. aligned-event sponsored by Contact Center Compliance that will help the lead generation and call center industries advocate before Congress and pushback against the thoughtless onslaught attacking legitimate outbounding.

Yet we’re not nearly done. The following week September 16-18, 2024 we are speaking at the Allstate Mega Agency Event in Austin, Texas.

Just a few hundred of the largest Allstate mega agencies in the country all in one place. And of course these guys are smart and know the TCPA is critical to them. So they invited the Czar to speak on stage and give them what they need to know in person. It shall be so.

I know I am myth and legend, but am I man?

Then September 23-24, 2024 the Troutman Amin, LLP team will be closer to home at the Privacy Security Risk Annual Conference in Los Angeles, California.

And that brings us to LeadsCon Connect, Sept 24-25, 2024 in Chicago, Illinois, where the firm will be presenting on the latest on the FCC’s one-to-one rule–which should be final by then!–and the final R.E.A.C.H. v.2.0 standards. Absolutely critical timing for this one!!!
