I know a lot of folks hoped that, somehow, if Trump won the one-to-one rule wouldn’t go into effect.

I told you that was wrong before the election.

I told you that was wrong after the election.

And now the FCC is telling you the same thing… it issued a new public notice out today entitled:

EFFECTIVE DATE FOR ONE-TO-ONE CONSENT RULE SET FOR
JANUARY 27, 2025 

So, yeah.

69 days.
