R.E.A.C.H. submitted the below letter to the Commission today congratulating both the incoming Chairman for his new role and the outgoing Chairwoman for her historic efforts at the Commission.

It is with great pleasure that the Executive Board of Directors of REACH congratulate both outgoing Chair, Commissioner Jessica Rosenworcel and incoming Chair, Commissioner Brendan Carr.

The tenet of REACH is to bring back consumer confidence in answering calls while representing the various best interests of the small, medium and enterprise business that work with the various outbound communication platforms within the United States. REACH stands resilient to its commitment of fair and just legislation and increased communication with the FCC organization.

Commissioner Rosenworcel has done a commendable job in her efforts within the FCC since 2012. Her most recent leadership related to the consumer consent aspects have shown her commitment to the American people.

Incoming Commissioner Carr brings with him guidance and experience of the inner workings of the US Government since his appointment in 2017. The Board of REACH and all of its members look forward to working with Incoming Commissioner Carr regarding; Attestation, One-to-One Consent Ruling, Consumer Protection from unjust oversight, and a decrease in the level of censorship that may be imposed on American Business as they attempt to communicate with their customers and followers.

The next five years will be very telling for the FCC and the Board of REACH and we know that together we will go far in protecting the interest of the American public.
