STAY GRANTED!!!!!!!!!: FCC Postpones One-to-One Effective Date for Up To One Year!!

Editor’s Note: The order was also set aside by the Eleventh Circuit just minutes after the stay was entered!

Sometimes when you help save the world you just have to pose.

For these reasons, we find that justice requires postponement of the effective date of the rule and we therefore postpone the effective date for the revised 47 CFR § 64.1200(f)(9) of the Commission’s rules by 12 months, to January 26, 2026, or until, following a decision from the Eleventh Circuit on the petition filed by the IMC, the Commission issues a Public Notice specifying a sooner date, in which case that sooner date would apply.

Full order here: ORDER POSTPONING EFFECTIVE DATE OF ONE-TO_ONE

FCC takes action sua sponte in furtherance of justice. R.E.A.C.H. petition resolved as moot as a result.

Video breakdown of events here.

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL outcome here. Total team effort.

IMC, OLA and R.E.A.C.H. all deserve a ton of praise here. Working together the right result was obtained.

Pencils down everyone! One-to-one is STAYED!!!!!!!!!!

See you Monday beautiful people. And great work all.
