TODAY AT 10 AM PACIFIC: CZAR JOINS MASSIVE WEBINAR BREAKING DOWN ONE-TO-ONE RULING

All right so late notice, but this is a fast moving situation of course.

Today at 10 am pacific I will be joining Isaac Schloss of Contact Center Compliance and my buddy Aaron Weiss (Florida lawyer extraordinaire) to break down everything you need to know about the decision in IMC v. FCC– the Eleventh Circuit case that brought down the TCPA one-to-one rule.

Did you catch this incredible breakdown by the team yesterday?

I know hundreds of you have already watched that amazing Deserve to Win episode where the Troutman Amin, LLP team broke the decision down from all angles but this will be a bit different.

When Isaac, Aaron and I get together we tend to geek out and look at legal doctrine and really take things apart from a “how did this happen?” perspective (where as Queenie famously gives the practical “so what does it mean for you” advice).

So if you really want to deep dive this thing, pull up the hood and see how the engine fires this is the webinar for you.

Also excuse the quirky webinar name– wasn’t my idea. hahaha

Love you all– see you at 10 am pacific!

  1. For those of us working with clients, you need to know something important: the MVNOs don’t care that this just happened. They are and will continue to reject new campaigns that are not one to one consent compliant. Even if the FCC has stuck it for the next year. It’s business as usual for every provider. So it’s important that anyone in the lead gen space or any other use case that is not one to one compliant, you’re gonna have a bad time.
