First, I am slowly becoming a hockey fan. I can literally feel it happening in real time.

It is just the oddest thing. But stuff like this makes it make sense:

Second, cases are rolling in right now. This #biglaw price match thing is too sexy for folks to pass up. If you want to take advantage HIGHLY recommend doing so this week because we’re likely to shut it down soon.

Third, sat courtside at the last Cal basketball home game of the season last week. Our logo was on the floor at Haas Pavilion pretty much all season. Cal won, of course.  But Dani was the real winner:

Fourth, 2025 TCPA Plaintiff’s power rankings out next week! But the real story will be the TCPA DEFENSE power rankings I am doing in April. Yeeha.

Fifth, had a great time talking at the Metrix Mastermind event in Arizona last week. Chatted with a guy worth a couple billion (for real.) He was asking me for advice on how to dominate a market the way Troutman Amin has. Not kidding. But it goes to show the most successful people NEVER stop asking questions and trying to learn from others:
