IMC is getting ganged up on.
R.E.A.C.H. offered to help but they asked to go it alone instead.
OK.
It was one thing when NCLC was alone fighting IMC but now 27 state AGs and the AG for the District of Columbia have joined the fight and are also requesting the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals convene to have an en banc hearing on the issue of whether or not the FCC exceeded its authority in crafting the one-to-one consent rule.
The AGs argue, in essence, that the Eleventh Circuit’s ruling deprives the states of an important ruling needed to combat robocalls.
Eesh.
Will IMC change its mind and request REACH’s assistance?
Eh, I’m fine either way. Fun to watch this play out.

Well, Czar, it looks like the good guys in white hats have arrived and are circling the wagons! From your photo, I note your hat is black.
