So we just got back from Customer Contact Week.

Our humble booth– with lots of good swag!

Well, actually Brittany and the team just got back. Queenie and I came back Wednesday. More on that in a second.

But it was a ton of fun and a great time connecting with folks.

We don’t go to shows like CCW looking for clients. Rather we go to better understand the ecosystem.

The Czar visits every booth to understand what everyone does and how the ecosystem fits together. That’s what separates a great lawyer from a god-tier lawyer.

Important to know who is out there, what technologies are emerging and what vendors are putting compliance first.

Was struck by the huge number of generative AI platforms out there. Seems like everyone is looking to make a play in that space.

Of course we gave away lots of swag!

But few, seemingly, understood the impact of TCPA and regulations on their platform.

Was pretty wild to see actually.

As I mentioned, Queenie and I had to fly home early because my powerful sixth grade son was just promoted and we came home for the ceremony.

That left out partner Brittany– better known as the Baroness– in charge of the team for the first time. 🙂

She did a fantastic job on her maiden voyage. Incredible how much she’s developed over the last 3 years. Just amazing to see.
