So the Czar joined Mike Ferree of Contact.io on Monday of this week for a take-no-prisoners romp through the glades of TCPA developments.

This was an epic webinar.

We may or may not have triggered the U.S. Senate to commence a hasty voice vote to confirm Olivia Trusty as the third FCC Commissioner and return the agency to fighting weight.

R.E.A.C.H. has joined with other groups to ask the FCC to STOP these terrible shakedown lawsuits and confirm the law– consented messages may be sent outside out quiet hours because they do not qualify as “solicitations” under the CFR.
