  1. So let me understand…. you are outraged, Outraged, OUTRAGED that there are approximately 2,000 class action lawsuits per year on a mere 52,000,000,000 robocalls per year. So roughly 1 lawsuit for every 26,000,000 calls. I would have though most habitual offenders would be thrilled with those odds.

  2. Imagine saying “abusive lawsuits” when these telemarketers are the ones abusing everybody’s solitude with incessant calls and breaking the law by refusing to abide by the DNC list. Nobody likes telemarketers! How about… stop calling people illegally?

    1. Correction. TCPA defense attorneys – like the Czar – LOVE telemarketers because they make BIG buck$ defending them. The Czar advertises that his hourly rate is $6000/hour. That’s $48,000 per 8-hour work day, or $12 Million per 2000-hour work year.
