CONTACT.IO IS COMING!: And Troutman Amin, LLP Will Be There in Full Force With a Stage and Two CRITICAL Speaking Events

So Contact.io is just around the corner.

While I can’t say it is my favorite event of the year– LCOC obviously takes that honor— in my view it is absolute a FANTASTIC show in light of its laser focus on the call center industry.

Really an underserved market from a conference perspective and Mike always does a fantastic job with this particular show. Plus Denver is such a great place to gather and it really sort of marks the end of Summer and the beginning of the hard-work-to-end-the-year push!

This year Troutman Amin, LLP will be back at the show in full force with the RETURN of the FAMOUS Troutman Amin, LLP stage!!!

But what you REALLY can’t miss are the presentations by Queenie and I this year on Thursday, August 28, 2025.

These are big ones folks.

First, at 10:15 am the powerful Puja J. Amin will join a panel of all-stars to discuss the PROBLEM of Caller ID mislabeling, the new rules requiring ACCURATE Caller ID displays (including in SMS?) and what YOU can do about the whole mess. You cannot miss that.

Then RIGHT AFTERWARD at 11:00 am the Czar takes the stage with the LATEST and most UP-TO-DATE TCPA breakdown you can imagine. And, of course, I will be talking about the FTC and Media Alpha/Assurance IQ plus a whole ton more.

Webinar! Must Watch!

BTW– if you missed that incredible webinar yesterday it is up on our YouTube channel right now.

Any way you slice it this is going to be a massive show. Troutman Amin, LLP will be rolling 8 deep for this one– so swing by our booth and say hi! You’ll get to see the Czar, Queenie and the Dame! But also fan favorites Moon and Danie along with newcomers Ishana, Charlee and Sarah!

Will be tons of fun. Come join!

  1. Yo, Contact.io the Devil is in the Details…

From the blogs on their site: “Scrub Your List Regularly: Regularly compare your contact list with the DNC Registry to remove any registered numbers. Most businesses update their lists every 30 days, but a weekly or bi-weekly schedule can provide an added layer of security.”
    https://contact.io/2024/11/navigating-the-do-not-call-registry-best-practices-for-compliance/

“Most businesses update their lists every 30 days …”- said like its optional – no wonder we still get tons of calls…?!?!

All businesses are REQUIRED to scrub at least EVERY 31 days. PERIOD.

“…to use the registry, you must synchronize your lists with an updated version of the registry at least every 31 days.”
