NOW AVAILABLE: That INCREDIBLE Webinar Regarding the $145MM FTC Penalty on Insurance Lead Generators is On the YouTube!

So a bunch of you have been emailing asking for the link to the webinar we did last week.

I know I didn’t promote it very well but I also knew I would put it up on the YouTube channel for you all to watch after the fact. 🙂

And so I have.

In the webinar we break down EXACTLY what went wrong for Assurance IQ and Media Alpha and there are some huge lessons here (yes, more than just “don’t hire #biglaw” hahaha.)

Plus we walk through some of the abusive (terrible) non-monetary terms these companies agreed to and it is a real eye opener– and some of it even applies to folks who are working with these folks today!

You must watch this one folks!

Anyway it was a real eye opener for many– so watch it!

Meanwhile, our YouTube channel is just exploding right now. I can’t even keep up with all the new subscribers. We have over 4,700 now! Really cool to see.

Obviously word has caught on about the CRITICAL content the firm is pumping out — no wonder we now have more YouTube followers than ANY AMLAW 100 law firm!

Not bad for a firm that’s only been around 3 years or so.

Anyhoo, enjoy the webinar and check back TOMORROW for the drop of the incredible 35th Edition of the Deserve to Win podcast– WITH THE WOLF ANTHONY PARONICH talking #biglaw and McKesson and all kinds of fun stuff!

Full episode out tomorrow!!!!

Chat soon.

  1. Well worth the watch folks!

While the (clearly indefensible) scumbags in question were in fact selling crap policies to unsuspecting folks. They deserve everything that might actually result…

Also proves Prudential needs to fire a bunch of folks that perform their due diligence (or not doing any in this case) prior to any/all acquisitions – maybe they were just looking for some big write-offs?!?!?

But the high point is watching Queenie slam the Czar and put him in his place!!

Yeah, compliance is the name of the game (especially in this vertical) and Puja clearly shows her expertise – totally amazing. Hell, I’d even go as far as say it’s time to re-brand as Amin-Troutman, LLP

What needs to be remembered (and yes Eric, I’m talking to you) is that medical insurance has at the very least inherently massive financial AND at worse actual life & death consequences.

Note: these aren’t worthless extended auto warranties, or solar panels. Don’t f*ck around and sell people crap while stating otherwise. Is that why CMS has additional laws covering its marketing (TBH I’ve never delved into that vertical but know you’ve had numerous posts about that) https://tcpaworld.com/?s=CMS+
