Was a lot of fun joining Christian Montes COO at NobleBiz on their First Contact (Stories of the Call Center) podcast.

Bit of a different discussion than I was expecting– was much more about me than usual.

Yes, we chatted TCPA and legal issues impacting call centers (of course) but Christian spent a good portion of the interview figuring out where the Czar came from and what I was really all about.

Felt a bit self-indulgent discussing my background and views on non-TCPA matters, but I know a lot of you are curious about such matters.

Plus if I am going to be running for Congress soon these are useful pieces of the puzzle for all you would-be voters.
