So everyone is talking about the big certification denial Troutman Amin, LLP delivered to Spark Energy last week:

And although that was a huge–and very well deserved–result, its just one of TONS of wins we deliver to clients, seemingly on a daily basis.

Just today, for instance, we had a repeat-litigation shop agree to BACK DOWN COMPLETELY and not even file suit against one of our platform clients.

As fun and splashy as a certification win is, from a certain perspective getting the other side to just back off completely before a suit is filed is even better.

You don’t always have to fight for years to enjoy victory in TCPAWorld. As a court once observed:

Yep, sounds about right.

Of course that towering reputation doesn’t hurt when it comes to the political sphere either.
