It is already March and oddly enough the Czar has not done a webinar all year.

Well that changes tomorrow when I team up with CCC’s awesome Chief Product Officer Isaac Shloss for a CRITICAL and totally FREE webinar looking at the FCC’s two latest MASSIVE NPRMs.

These NPRMs are basically the talk of the teleco world right now.

The first would possibly limit the use of offshore call centers by domestic companies (read: everyone) and potentially require additional training or offshore agents or require disclosures to consumers and empower consumers to transfer to onshore agents at will.

The second NPRM is focused on number rotation and seeks to potentially limit carouseling of numbers, which is a popular strategy to avoid illegal call blocking and mislabeling by the carriers. The NPRM would also potentially limit access to DIDs from resellers, which could be a huge headache for outbound callers.
