Everyone is talking about the California Invasion of Privacy Act (CIPA), the Video Privacy Protection Act (VPPA) and the Electronic Communications Protection Act (ECPA).

Together these statutes are the most litigated privacy statute in the world right now– and the risk for non-compliance is remarkably high; up to billions in exposure in class litigation.
