So we all knew Chet Wilson was the kind of scumbag who obtained a phone number ending in 999-9999 and then repeatedly sued businesses who inadvertantly called him under the TCPA. But he is also apparently the kind of scumbag who claims to be “digging holes” for Jewish people and members of other minority groups.
In a new filing in federal court in Oregon, Freeway Insurance Services alleges Wilson is an unapologetic racist who he said some of the ugliest things imaginable.
According to the filing– which you can obtain a copy of below– Wilson has said the following:
In a public Facebook post published on May 6, 2026, captioned, “Got
some holes need filled boys & I need to know who’s with me on this one,” Plaintiff recorded
himself making violent anti-Semitic statements, including referring to Jewish people as
“parasites,” calling them “Bolshevik f***ing jews,” and stating that he has “holes f***ing dug
already” for them. Watstein Decl. ¶ 15 & Ex. E
So all you motherf***ers can suck a d*ck. F*** you mother***ers. Whining about
how we owe you some f***ing sh*t … F*** you dude. You lazy piece of sh*t. Get
the f*** up and go get a job … You were a slave before you got sold off. Your own
f***ing people sold you off. How the f*** do I owe you sh*t? You mother f***ers
didn’t pick a Goddamn nothing off my f***ing trees. F*** you. I don’t owe you
sh*t. I don’t owe you motherf***in sh*t. If anything, we gave you something better
dude. You’d f***ing be named WongTong f***ing something in the f***ing, in a

you f***ing knuckle-dragging piece of sh*t. F*** you.
My goodness. This is some pretty intense stuff.
Now I am a HUGE free speech advocate– but having the right to say whatever you want doesn’t mean your words are without consequence. We are all responsible for what we say or do. And this just speaks of a wretched soul. Hope this guy seeks help. Just vile vile stuff if true.
And, as Freeway points out, having a guy like this represent people in the class who are members of minority groups creates a pretty clear conflict– not to mention the fact these statements will badly damage his credibility in front of any jury or reasonable fact finder.
Freeway also takes issue with Wilson having filed over 100 putative TCPA class actions but never actually seeking to certify a single one and Heidarpour’s alleged behind-the-scenes involvement in Wilson’s filings which Freeway suggests needed to be disclosed under applicable rules.
The most fascinating part of the brief– at least to me– is Freeway’s contention Wilson’s counsel (Perrong) agreed to dismiss only THIS Wilson case but not other Wilson cases upon learning of the hate speech. This is very telling– if true.
And backing up, I should note– I don’t know if any of this is true. But it is filed in federal court by an attorney I trust–Ryan Watstein– so I assume it is at least well-researched and that there is a reasonable basis for all assertions made.
Plaintiff has not yet responded to the claims in the brief, however, and there may be two sides to the story (or maybe not!) So we will need to wait and see.
For those who want to see the full brief you can read it here: Full Brief
I am obviously deeply interested to see what the outcome here is.
At the most extreme, Freeway’s briefing casts aspersions on the entire TCPA class action machine. Heidarpour sitting at the center of a hub and spoke model radiating out referrals and getting undisclosed kickbacks from high-dollar shakedowns perpetrated by lawyers in his network, all of whom know Wilson could never be a suitable class representative given his social media antics. We could imagine a sweeping order from the Court pulling in a huge cast of Plaintiff-side TCPA players who have been involved with Wilson’s dozens of cases.
Or perhaps the ruling will be a concise one-liner deeming Wilson inadequate due to the conflict created by his racist diatribes.
Or something else entirely.
Just fascinating stuff.
Again fantastic work by Watstein and his team– those guys are truly Czar-class litigators and I am very impressed–and my hat is off to Freeway Insurance for SPENDING THE MONEY TO FIGHT THIS THING.
Great work all!
