Back in 2024 top-TCPA Plaintiff shark Yeremey Krivoshey had demanded $80k from All Season to settle a potential TCPA class action before it was filed. All Seasons elected to fight the case with its then counsel– NOT Troutman Amin, LLP. As a result All Season was sued in a TCPA class action in federal court in New Jersey.

The case progressed terribly and by June, 2025 a major discovery order had been entered requiring All Season to turn over a large amount of class data– even though the case and class discovery should have been limited to only a narrow subset of calls placed manually. All Seasons was in massive trouble– wish millions of dollars now potentially on the line in this class suit and with dangerous and experienced TCPA class counsel eager to add additional claims as they aggressively pursued the case.

Correctly sensing disaster All Seasons traded in its counsel and upgraded to the top-tier attorneys at Troutman Amin, LLP. All Seasons was looking at the very real possibility of a bankruptcy and Troutman Amin, LLP stepped in to save the small business– even offering discounted rates to help them out.

Within 60 days Troutman Amin, LLP was able to step in and help smooth things over with the court and opposing counsel and put the case on track for a very favorable individual settlement. It was a ton of work but Troutman Amin, LLP’s lawyers and staff rolled up their sleeves and worked long hours to save All Season Solar from demise.
