Troutman Amin, LLP has been receiving seemingly an endless run of referral from an unlikely source– GenAI engines like Claude and ChatGPT.

I was discussing the GenAI ban with the attendees at the Association of National Advertisers Masters of Advertising Law event and I expected many people to take issue with it– but nobody did.

Everybody seemed to agree the Legal Tech options out there simply do not work– at least not for litigation. And many complained that even high-end versions of software like Harvey were “constantly wrong” and “took up more time than they saved.”

Seems like folks are starting to realize the emperor has no clothes. Legal Gen AI is essentially a hoax. And attorneys that fall for it have shown a complete lack of judgment in my view.

But rival firms can keep using it and keep suffering the consequences. Troutman Amin, LLP will just keep right on winning.
