TCPAWorld’s Czar—Eric J. Troutman—Delivers Stirring TCPA Presentation at CBA Live 2019

CBA Live is a huge event, attended by a veritable who’s who of banking executives and compliance officers. This year the event was held at the sprawling Gaylord National Harbor just outside of Washington D.C. Thousands of attendees were treated to speakers ranging from Brian Moynihan, Chairman & CEO of Bank of America to Jelena McWilliams, Chairman of the FDIC.

While all of these great speakers shined, one truly lit the stage ablaze—TCPAworld.com’s Eric J Troutman—Czar of the TCPA—was invited back to speak at CBA Live for the third time this year and he did not waste the opportunity. Breaking down every major development from TRACED to a new compromise ATDS formulation presented to the FCC, his hour-long speech received numerous accolades and hefty praise from attendees.

Best yet—the Czar has been invited to join CBA’s podcast to share some of his TCPA insights with the banking community. (Then again the Czar already breaks down developments every week on the Unprecedented podcast.)

Plus TCPAworld swag was in effect with new followers receiving hats and t-shirts and all attendees receiving a free copy of Squire Patton Bogg’s incredible 2018 TCPA Year End Review—the Czar personally reviewed over 800 cases to prepare that review and he gave it away free at CBA Live. Check it out:

If you weren’t able to attend the packed event in D.C., no worries. On May 6, 2019 the Czar is booked to jazz up New Orleans at MBA’s big Legal Issues conference. The Czar tell me he’s never been to the Big Easy and wants to make sure the town remembers him. I’m not sure what that means, but you won’t want to miss it. Tickets are available here.

The Czar will again take the stage for DNC.com at the next TCPA Summit—scheduled for July, 2019 in Huntington Beach, CA. For those of you on the west coast this is the premier TCPA-only event in the nation and it is right in your backyard. We’ll provide more details as they become available.

And for those of you who really plan in advance—the Czar has been working with LeadsCouncil to dream up something really unique for next year’s LeadsCon—the ‘Superbowl of Leads Conferences’ as it has been described. Stay tuned.
